Originally Purple was one French magazine dedicated to fashion art culture and the realism of the new fashion photography of the 1990`s. In 2004 Purple was divided into Purple Fashion published by `Purple Institute` based in Paris and New York and Purple Journal published by `Les Editions Purple` based in Paris. The articles in Purple Fashion and photo shoots ooze intimacy and somehow get inside places that many would dream to be. Indulgent? Perhaps. Typical? Definitely not.
